Trials games kick off this weekend

Our 2022 preseason kicks up a gear this weekend when three of our four teams take on Wide Bay at Kingaroy in trial matches.
The under 16 Cyril Connell Challenge, under 18 Auswide Bank Mal Meninga Cup and Harvey Norman Under 19 Women's squads will have their first full hit-out of the year at Kingaroy's TJ O'Neill Oval on Saturday.
These games are chances for our squads to test out their preseason conditioning and skills work ahead of their round one fixtures.
Players have been working hard in training and it will be great to see them back in action in a game setting after a long off-season.
The day kicks off with the under 16s from 1pm, under 19 women from 2.30pm and under 18s at 4pm.
These are the first games of a busy preseason trial schedule that will get us ready for round one.
