The Fit Lab strengthens support of Clydesdales

Published Thu 25 Aug 2022

The Fit Lab will help the Western Clydesdales muscle up for our return to the Hostplus Cup in 2023 after ramping up their support of the club.

The Toowoomba Health and Fitness Centre has become a major partner of the Clydesdales in what is a major boost for 2023 preparations.

The Fit Lab will continue as the official Strength and Conditioning Partner of the Clydesdales in 2023 and are eager to start working with the club's Hostplus Cup squad.

“We’re thrilled to again partner with Chris and Steve Hillman and the amazing team at The Fit Lab for what will be a massive year,” Clydesdales Commercial Manager Fraser Hess said.

“The strength and conditioning coaches at The Fit Lab are impressive, headed by Steve Nance, who has worked with the Broncos, Cowboys, Wallabies and Reds. We know they will do a great job preparing our players for next season.

“The Fit Lab has been a wonderful supporter of the club for years and it’s incredible that they’re part of our return to the Hostplus Cup.

“It’s an excellent facility that we highly recommend.”

The Fit Lab is Toowoomba’s premier health and fitness centre, offering a wide range of services including commercial main gym, state of the art high performance centre as well as an allied health centre.
