Results have been promising in our pre-season trial matches as we get ready for the start of the season.
The Clydesdales have faced Wide Bay, Redcliffe and Burleigh in trial games and recorded some encouraging results.
The first day of trials in the under 16, under 18 and under 19 women’s grades saw us record a clean sweep over Wide Bay at Kingaroy.
We followed that up with a competitive day of footy against Redcliffe at Clive Berghofer Stadium as we recorded a win, a draw and a loss in those three age groups.
Our schedule of pre-season trials rounded out on the Gold Coast as we posted two losses and a draw against Burleigh.
The focus is now firmly on our first games of the regular season when we host Ipswich at Clive Berghofer Stadium on Sunday March 6.
